As Seda Zabun (Sole Proprietorship) (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), as the data controller under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, we can process the personal data of our customers and visitors through our website. In the special membership processes provided only to the employees of our corporate business partners; in order to create the right of membership and to provide special advantages within the scope of this right, only from these individuals, optionally, date of birth information and compulsorily, the title of the company where they are employed are also taken as professional data and processed with the legal justification mentioned above.

As relevant persons, if you submit your requests regarding your rights to the Company in writing by filling out the personal data application form published on our website or with another document containing your mandatory information written in the application form, or in a way that your identity can be verified by using a registered electronic mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or an electronic mail address previously notified to the Company by the relevant person and registered in the Company's system, the Company will finalize the request free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, the fee determined by the Personal Data Protection Board will be charged by the Company. In this context, relevant persons;
